How to Create a Schedule

1. In Schedule menu, click on "Schedules".

2. Click on the "Add New Schedule" icon.

3. In the "Schedule" field type the name of the schedule.

4. Click "SCHEDULE"

5. Click on the green icon in the bottom right corner to add an even to the schedule.

6. From the drop down menu, chose an event. You can also type the event name for a faster find. ex. "Shift 1"

**7. Edit the "Start & End Time" by typing in the time or clicking on the small clock icon on the right to adjust the time. AM, PM setting can be adjusted with the up or down arrows. **

8. When you are finished editing click "ADD NEW EVENT".

9. To add more events repeat steps 5-8. Note: you will have to add/recreate each event for each day.

10. Be sure to select the correct day for each event you need to add.

11. Type the event name to narrow the list down.

12. Click Save to save events to the schedule.

13. Final look of a schedule.
